Our goal is to have our customers completely happy with all merchandise purchased at Liv Lively. We understand though that sometimes items need to be returned.

Online sales

Online Sales may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items for store credit with receipt and tags still attached. Items must also be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear). Online returns need to be sent back at the discretion of the receiver. A shipping label will not be provided. All Sale Items Are Final Sale.

In Person Sales

In person sales may be returned for store credit only within 7 days with receipt and tags attached.  Items must also be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear) for a full refund. Online returns need to be sent back at the discretion of the receiver. All Sale items are final sale.

Between 15 and 30 days, items in condition stated above may be returned for store credit only.
All sale items are final.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of item. If not reported, refund may not be issued.
